Sea Moss Gel is good for 2-4 weeks if refrigerated (sometimes longer). Freezing your Sea Moss Gel will extend the life of it for up to 6 months or more. One of the most convenient ways to freeze the gel is to place it in an ice tray and just pop out a cube for each use, which is how we use it most of the time.
